The Bill Joel Tribute Experience by Pat Farrell and the Cold Spring Harbor Band is an immersive concert-style theater show chronicling the amazing journey of Billy Joel from his humble beginnings to his incredible success as one of the best-selling artists of the 1970s and 80s. Using photo projections and original film footage, and featuring a full live band performing hits including “You May Be Right,” “Scenes From An Italian Restaurant,” “New York State Of Mind,” and more, it culminates with an audience participation rendition of Joel’s signature song “Piano Man.”
Named after Joel‘s first solo album, The Cold Spring Harbor Band performed at the 2014 NFL Super Bowl Pre Game party at the Meadowlands and the 2015 NY Mets World Series VIP Pre-Game party at Citifield. They have shared the stage with John Legend, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, and Dave Mason, and performed on the Dr. Oz Show.
With more than 140 million album sales since 1971, Billy Joel’s memorable lyrics and timeless melodies that poignantly captured the times made him one of the most successful artists of all time. Nominated for 23 Grammy Awards and winning six, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999.
